We wanted to share a quick update on our film processing prices.
For the past few years, we’ve kept our prices unchanged, doing our best to shield you from rising costs. During that time, we’ve absorbed increases wherever possible, but we’ve now reached a point where this is no longer sustainable.
After carefully reviewing everything, we’ve agreed on a set of updates, which will be reflected on our website on 13th April. Our standard and medium scan options will remain unchanged, as we wanted to keep our most popular choices as accessible as possible.
The main driver behind these changes is the continued rise in costs across the industry. Materials have increased significantly—silver halide paper alone has risen by 27% since January, following similar increases last year. Alongside this, increases in labour and operational costs mean that, to maintain the quality and consistency you expect from us, a price adjustment is necessary.
We’ve taken a considered approach to ensure these changes remain fair, while allowing us to continue delivering the level of service you rely on.
